Community Grant Report Summary

Grant reports for small community non-profit grants in Minnesota are required to ensure accountability, transparency, and compliance, verifying that funds (especially state funds) are used as intended. These reports demonstrate the project's impact and progress, help build trust with funders, and often determine eligibility for future funding.

Please fill out the required grant reporting form and email it to contact@urlaa.org within 6 months, following receipt of funding. If additional time is required contact the Association at: contact@urlaa.org
